Your Data, Your Rules

Persistent Flow is built on a simple principle: you own your memory, completely.We provide the infrastructure, you maintain sovereignty over every byte stored.

What We Provide

We operate a memory layer for AI—a stateful, encrypted, portable system hosted in EU data centers. You can connect AI assistants, productivity tools, and custom applications to your personal memory space.

• Data storage in EU jurisdiction (Sweden)
• End-to-end encryption per person
• MCP-native API access
• Export and deletion tools

What We Don't Do

We never:

• Train models on your data
• Share your data with third parties (except as legally required)
• Move your data outside the EU
• Lock you in—export anytime, in open formats

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you store and how you use the API. Don't store illegal content, don't abuse the service, and respect the rate limits outlined in your plan.

Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime (see SLAs in Enterprise plans). We'll notify you of scheduled maintenance. If we need to make breaking changes to the API, you'll get at least 90 days notice.

Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime—no penalties, no questions. Refunds are prorated for annual plans if you cancel within 30 days.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time through the settings panel. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days (backups included). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after written notice.

Liability

We provide the service "as is" while striving for excellence. We're liable for damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct, but not for indirect losses. Enterprise customers get explicit SLA guarantees.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts. As a European service, we comply with GDPR and EU consumer protection regulations.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes require 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
